Return Policy
Illume use a third party print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced upon order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if ‘you’ ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply have changed your mind.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing defect, Illume will represent your case back to the print-on-demand company. Whilst all efforts will be made by illume to rectify a complaint, there is no guarantee of resolution in every case.
Delivery Time
Standard:
Illume Apparel Tee’s are shipped from within Australia. For domestic shipping (AUD), you should expect your order within a minimum of 7-14 days. For international shipping, you should expect your order in a minimum of 40 days. (please keep in mind that Covid is still affecting shipment timeframes, so this most likely will affect your orders delivery date).
Illume Apparel Tote bags are shipped from within the USA. For domestic shipping (USA), you should expect your order in a minimum of 7-14 days. For international shipping, you should expect your order in a minimum of 40 days. (please keep in mind that Covid is still affecting shipment timeframes, so this most likely will affect your orders delivery date).
Express:
Illume Apparel Tee’s: Express Shipping (within Australia) - $40 for the first item, then $1 extra per item after that. Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location. For international orders (outside fo Australia) shipping can still take up to 40 days or more due to this Covid era.
Illume Apparel Tote Bags: Express Shipping (within the USA) - $40 for the item will be shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. For international orders (outside the USA) shipment will take anywhere from 2 days to 30 days or more due to this Covid era.
IMPORTANT: Adding EXPRESS SHIPPING to your order does not effect the production time for your order; Standard production times apply.
