The Process
Let’s meet
To start this exciting process we will arrange a “kick off call” where I’ll ask you some questions to get to know you and your business. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any question you may have.
After understanding your requirements in more detail, I will create the design concepts. You’ll be able to review the concepts via the Illume client portal.
Research & Design
Feedback
This stage is where we adjust your design through collaborative feedback with yourself and anyone else you wish to include in the review.
YAY! This is the exciting part where your design is ready to launch! As this is the final stage, all your files will be available through the Illume client portal and you now have complete ownership of your design!

It depends on the complexity of the project. Some can be executed in only a few hours while others can take weeks. I should be able to give you an approximate time frame once understanding your design vision, but general turn around for design projects are between 3-7 weeks (again depending on the project). However, if you do have a tight deadline, make sure you get in touch with me as soon as possible!
